Hi, I have been using Fitbit Versa (Firmware v 32.72.1.15) through Android app v3.52 (20263651), associated with India region. Still, I am not even able to find the SpO2 clock or the app in gallery. Can you help?

Hi @PunitD -  thanks for the feedback, are you able to change you locations to India?, or even US. Check your profile settings here

And remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync?

Phone provider may also have to match. It may require using a different phone temporarily to load the clock face.

Note the SpO2 is read over night and returns a single value which doesn't change during the day, so you may want to change to another during the day, and note it reduces battery life by about 2 days.

Hi there, @PunitD. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the SpO2 clock face.

If you've followed all the steps provided in these two help articles How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?  and How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

We hope your issue is solved soon.

Hi @PunitD  - nice detailed post.

The best way is to use the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo and then Gallery .

At the top click on the Clocks tab and there you should find a Section labeled SpO2.

If you don't see any SpO2 clocks then check your country setting as it should available in India. but isn't available in all countries.

Don't think there are any SpO2 apps for this type of watch, so no need to search.

Thanks, I couldn't find the app as well as the Clock face in my Gallery as suggested. In fact I factory reset my watch last night, but to no help. As per the forum it should be available for India.

With few refresh clicks, the 2nd link worked. Well supported by the Executive, it appears my travels between India and Qatar is the issue here. Would be great if you add Qatar as well in the list of countries for Health matrices. A product like Sense would be otherwise lose the meaning.
