Can't find tracker for stairs on my new Versa?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just switched from my HR Charge which I loved, to a new Versa. One of the features that I used all the time was the stairs tracker, so I knew how many flights I was climbing. It seems that the Versa doesn't have this icon or feature? How can that be possible? I hope it's just me. Please help. I can't believe that I would have to go to my dashboard every time I want to check my #.  I'm a stairs girl. Thanks, Vik

There are many, many clock faces available, some by Fitbit and many others by other developers.  The default it comes with might not show stairs but I expect there are many that do.

From phone app, click 'Account' icon near top right, then 'Versa', then 'Clock Faces'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@VictoriaLanza It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, the Versa does track your flights climbed. As my friend @JohnnyRow mentioned, the Versa comes with many clock faces. Please try one by one in order to see which one you like the most and one that shows your flights climbed as well.
