My sister recently purchased a second Versa 2 (her old one finally stopped working). She specifically wants the Versa 2 because it is the last Versa that will allow playlists to be downloaded. She doesn't like to take her phone with her to exercise, so the Versa 2 was the best choice for her.
In order to download music, she needs the Fitbit Connect app. We are aware that we have until October to put the music on her watch because Fitbit is ending the ability to add music to Fitbits in October. We can't find a valid link to Fitbit Connect anywhere. It seems like Fitbit or Google has removed the Fitbit Connect link ahead of the October deadline, which is super frustrating because we thought we had sufficient time to get the watch set up.
Please provide a valid link for Fitbit Connect, so her watch purchase wasn't a waste of money for her.

@deh2120 will this help?
https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/setup
towards the bottom under the pink aria link, it says, "Download Fitbit Connect for Windows 10 or Mac OSX"

I have a similar issue - tried to download the Fitbit Connect using the link on the setup page but it goes nowhere. I am looking to download my music to my Versa 2 but unable and would appreciate any guidance on how to do this.

Please disregard above request. I was able to move the music to the Versa 2 using my home wifi network. I didn't realize it could be done without using Fitbit connect.

Thank you for the reply. I had tried using that link, but it just took me to the Fitbit site, not to the link for Fitbit Connect. Luckily, I discovered I could transfer the music from my pc to the phone using my home wifi network, without using Connect.

I ended up following directions on this youtube video, which worked like a charm: How to Transfer Personal Music to Fitbit Versa
