I have the Med ID app and have updated the personal information on it. However, my Fitbit just shows blank info areas on the app. How do I get it to correct itself? My Fitbit has synced multiple times since with no luck

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and confirming that your Versa 2 is able to sync. Just to confirm, do you refer to the Med ID app found in the App Gallery? If so, have you made sure to have your watch and the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
Assuming both are updated, I'd recommend to try the following:
Force quit the Fitbit app:

For Android devices, see this article.
