Can't get Med ID app info to update on Fitbit

I have the Med ID app and have updated the personal information on it. However, my Fitbit just shows blank info areas on the app. How do I get it to correct itself? My Fitbit has synced multiple times since with no luck

Hi @Kmoncky. Welcome on board. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and confirming that your Versa 2 is able to sync. Just to confirm, do you refer to the Med ID app found in the App Gallery? If so, have you made sure to have your watch and the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

 

Assuming both are updated, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app:
    For iOS devices, see this article.

    For Android devices, see this article.

  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile icon > Versa 2 image > Sync now.
  5. Once it has synced check the Med ID app on your watch.
