I have tried 2 different types of earbuds, google earbuds and Samsung earbuds, both are able to connect, but the connection is spotty. The music goes in and out. I have tried everything, restarted, reconnected. My phone connects to the earbuds no problem, there is no issues with the earbuds, they work great. It is the Fitbit Versa 2. I exchanged the Fitbit thinking it was a faulty unit, but I’m having the exact same issue with the new unit. I am very disappointed in this model.

Hi there @Murrlasca, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how disappointing this can be.
Please note that the Spotify app on your phone is playing the Spotify music, if you want to play Spotify into the earbuds, your earbuds need to be connected to your phone. For more information, see How do I control music with my Fitbit device?
