Can't get calories burned using versa on samsung s8

Can any tell me why on my Samsung s8 .. the fitbit dashbroad isn't showing what calories I've burnt now I have the versa..  never had this problem with blaze ..  is there a solution

Is the dashboard showing you other data?  All but calories?

Can you see them on the fitbit.com dashboard? - click 'Dashboard' near top right of this page.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
