Can’t get calories on Nice Work screen on versa watch

Have searched everywhere and reset. My Versa is relatively new. When I do a workout I can’t get calories on the summary (nice work) screen on the watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated

@Racheldaisy Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with the calorie viewing on your workouts. Does this happen with all workouts? Which exercise are you using? Could you share a picture of this? Try restarting your device. Also remove the exercise, then re-add it to the Versa.

thank you for getting back to me. 

 

So so today I started by deleting all the exercises and resetting my versa. Then went to do my workouts. I got calories on my weights workouts but not my walk or run. Very odd. I have attached photos.
