Can’t get my iPhone and versa to talk to each other’s

I get no notifications of texts or calls. No sleep reminders. Very frustrated with it. Not happy with the product. What am I doing wrong

@Foxy_Roxy Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not receiving text/calls notifications nor sleep reminders.

Please let me know what is your phone's brand and model. Also, let me know if your Versa is syncing properly.

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

I will assist you syncing your Versa with your iPhone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can find additional suggestions here.

I have an iPhone 7 and it’s just not working. I don’t know how to get it to sync to give me notifications. It drops the Wifi all the time.

Not sure how it says it’s successful but these solutions didn’t work. I’m going to return it for my  money back. I just don’t get it
