Can't get notifications on my Versa

I keep getting a message saying notification service not working a phone restart is needed. Tried everything 

Please help

Hi @Yasmayat What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Hi thanks for replying 

I'm using a Huawei P20 pro which is on the supported list I've tried all the fixes nothing seems to be working

Hmmm that is annoying for you. I think you probably need to contact Suppprt about this one.
