Hia, I had to do a factory reset after my Versa suddenly stopped syncing to the app. I have done everything, all the trouble shooting, many times, but nothing. I haven’t been able to set it up and can’t get past this screen message. The watch isn’t showing up in my Bluetooth list on my phone now either. It’s driving me mad!

I'm not sure what the to start download app message is.
Have you removed the Versa from the phones Bluetooth list of trusted devices?
Are you having problems downloading the Fitbit App?
Where you able to do the add device through the Fitbit app? Did the Versa display the 4 digits during setup?
Is the Fitbit app wanting to upgrade the firmware? If so your tracker is setup to your Fitbit account.
As for trying to see the Versa through the phones Bluetooth, you did not do this with the initial setup and you should not be able to do this now.

It’s the initial message that pops up with the Fitbit logo when you have a new Fitbit/after hard reset.
I've had this Versa 2 for about 2 years now so already have a Fitbit account/app (which I have uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in and out of etc)
I can’t re-add the device through the app as I can’t get past the locating it stage- it won’t pick up on my phone’s Bluetooth (turned on/off etc) and wouldn’t add (or sync) even when it was showing.
No 4 digits have come up as I can’t get past the initial ‘download Fitbit app to start’.
