I have been trying all day, but I can't seem to get past the 4-digit setup for the Versa. I have tried starting and re-starting the Fitbit, turning on and off the Bluetooth, and unpairing and pairing the Fitbit, and nothing seems to work. I am starting to get very annoyed with this and wondering if someone can please help me out.
(I should note at one point, it was synced to my phone, but was causing issues, and the primary recommendation was to remove the Versa from my devices and then put it back on. Well, I've been having issues since then...)

Hi @shiras, nice to see you in the community.
Can you go into your phones settings and confirm that the Versa is unpaired from there as well as the fitbit app. Then try setting it up again. It may also be worth removing the fitbit app from your phone and reinstalling it again.
