When I go on my phone it shows the Fitbit app and it has the number 1 shown on top right hand corner of it. However when I go into the app there is nothing showing under my notifications or messages. At one time it had the number 3 and I was able to see two notifications and it went back down to 1. I have followed the manual's instructions for clearing all the notifications. Nothing seems to work.

I am having the same issue I cleared all notifications on my watch can't get rid of the 1 also.

I am having same trouble. I see that I have a notification on my Samsung screen, but there is no notification showing when I open the App. I have tried deleting the App and adding it back, and I get the same notification after I re-installed the app.

Open your fitbit app, click on your tracker (where you see the Sync and General options, such as Wrist Placement, Main Goal, Exercise Shortcuts, etc)...scroll to the bottom and you should see an option "Keep-Alive Widget". I disabled that and the notification went away. Hope that helps! It worked for me.

Hello it didn't work for me!

TRY TO RESTART THE BAND!
1. Hold back(left) button and lower right button for about 10 seconds.
2. Leave it once you get FITBIT logo on your band and it will get rebooted.
3. Log out of your FITBIT app in your smart phone/computer.
4. Restart the Bluetooth and log in again in your account on FITBIT app,
again try syncing it..
Futher contact SUPPORT, they better know how to deal with it..

This still isn’t working for me. I keep getting a notification on my Versa to visit some website to unlock a special offer. Can’t seem to get rid of it. I don’t have the “keep alive widget” listed. Any other suggestions?

Awesome! This worked and quickly and completely for an email notification that would not delete! After following the manual prompts to reboot, notification is finally gone!! All I had to do is hold all 3 buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo, then release and let it reboot. Thats it. No loss of settings either. Thank you!
