I can not get the app on my phone which is an samsung 20 fe or my samsung note 5. the app will not show up in the store and also it wont sync anywheres on the sire or update my step. As well as my time is not 4 hours behind and i can not fix it for the life of me.... please help. reaching out to fitbit chat was no help.

Hi @slurperella - you will have a problem loading the app on your phone if it is not a compatible device - Fitbit-compatible devices however it would seem the Samsung 20 FE is, so it may be phone or country related, or even country of phone purchase, if it is not listed in the store here is a link it may or may not work for you.
It is also possible that one of the options listed in this link is causing a problem on latest Samsung phones. No internet connection even though the phone is connected to the Internet. Another thing you can try is using only wifi or only mobile data to get the app.
