Super excited I just received my Versa. I LOVE my Ionic BUT... I am a tiny girl and it is a bulky device for when I am dressed as a grown-up professional. I loved the Versa as it is my Apple watchish, and more stylish on the daily. As I began setup I was warned that there was already an Ionic connected to my account (I know I bought it and wear it). I should be able to switch back and forth as I see fit. My **ahem** devices.... depending on my day. If this is a "known issue", that is fine but it needs to be addressed ASAP, neither device was inexpensive. Further, I have a silver Versa on order for whenever they become available here in the Netherlands. I want to interchange them as appropriate for the fashion I am sporting. I just got off the phone with Fitbit support and I was basically told tough luck. #EPICFAILFITBIT
No I have no choice but to public shame Fitbit on every online forum, and with all of the retailers websites as well. As this is my 5th Fitbit device, I am extremely disappointed. The only answer I was given was to create a 2nd Fitbit account with a different email address. Dumbest answer ever.

that is really stupid. I can't believe they didn't see this as a problem they need to fix. Have you confirmed that you can have 2 versas on your account? my guess is that you cannot since they all have the same base OS

According to our friend @ErickFitbit, only one smartwatch per account.

This has been already mentioned on the forum before. Why don't people research the things they buy?

Well how about we go with history... as someone that owns a charge 2, a
charge HR an Alta and an Ionic, also Flyers and and an aria... that all
live cohesively in my single account, why in the world would I “look” to
see if somehow the rules changed? That’s ridiculous. Also, with my Apple
products, I have 2 iPhones, 3 iPods, 2 iPads, 3 Mac books, and a
desktop.... oh and of course a time machine. Never an issue.... for those
of us who pre-order an item, do so because we trust the company. Obviously
So your answer was not logical. Although I am
sure with that being said you could probably become a customer service
supervisor for fitbit.

I'm sorry, but it completely logical, because you never simply just preorder an expensive device without looking up if there's any issues with it. In this case you should've been more careful. No need to offend me, this is just the truth. Stop using up your anger on me.

I don't live in the US either. In fact, I live in Europe just like you and we didn't have reviews on local stores either. I went and researched directly from Fitbit forums because people shared their experiences there... I get you're disappointed, I'm just saying that it is something you should've considered at least looking at, no matter how many devices you have from them, don't you also look up when you buy a computer or a phone if it's fine before you make a big investment? I'm not trying to make you angry, but I'm saying that this has been mentioned here far enough in advance...

Same problem here, want to wear my versa for some sporting activities and ionic for cycling. but have to keep removing and adding each time. You would think Fitbit would have gotten this basic feature right.
