I just got this Vera yesterday and I can't even get one APP to install. I tried to install spotify since i use it on my note9 and says i need to have the latest update, which I do have on both cell and versa.
Even the clocks aren't available. I did call support and the guy said its a new product and the apps aren't available yet.
The notifications do work and incoming calls.
Any solutions?

Hi there @Carrieann7654, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response.
While reading your post I was wondering if you've made sure that your Versa is still linked to your account? If your Versa is not paired, that would be a good reason of why you cannot either to install apps nor update your Versa. To verify, please tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your Versa is not paired, please set it up. Then, check the article: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?
In regards to the Spotify App, note that you'll need to be on the most recent firmware (OS 4.0.2) to install it.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
