Anyone else have the issue of not being able to install find my phone on the fitbit itself? I’ve made sure I’ve updated the app and have the latest version of fitbit, but the install button is grayed out and won’t let me install. Thanks!

@Avalon0 Did you recently buy the Versa 2? If so, give it a couple of days more to see if you receive the new update. For more information, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Avalon0. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Please note that for Versa 2 the current OS should be 72.1.9. To see the current version installed on your watch, go into the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name. Also, on Versa 2 find the firmware version in the Settings app > About or Device Info.
if see the Find My Phone app but the button to download is still grey, you'll need to make sure you update your watch to run the latest version of Fitbit OS. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Thanks, I do see that I am stuck on the 70.7.14 version, but when I check for updates, it says Versa 2 is up to date. Please advise-
