I got a fitbit versa lite for christmas and have tried downloading spotify which isn't working. The app says to check that both the app and fitbit has the update which I'm sure it has as I cant update it anymore. The app is up to date and as far as I'm aware so is the actual fitbit.
I tried just connecting my phone through bluetooth to control music at least but it also will not connect through bluetooth yet it is syncing.

Hi there @Elise-smith, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to install Spotify on your Versa Lite.
Please note that Spotify is viewable in the app gallery for all smartwatch users. However, users will need to be on the most recent firmware (OS 4.0.2) to install it. As per the description of your post, it seems that you're still running an old version, Versa Lite is now in version 38.70.7.14.
Also, have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, you can see the list of compatible devices at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
