Can't install Spotify on Fitbit Versa Lite

I have a Versa Lite that I am not able to install Spotify on. Fitbit says it's up to date.  Spotify wants me to reset it. Any ideas? I am using a Samsung Galaxy 9+ and it is also up to date. Thanks!

Hello there @RomsosMom, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to install Spotify on your Versa Lite. 

Please note that Spotify is viewable in the app gallery for all smartwatch users. However, users will need to be on the most recent firmware (OS 4.0.2) to install it. As per the description of your post, it seems that you're still running an old version, Versa Lite is now in version 38.70.7.14.
