Hi all,
I received my Versa Lite watch today and am having trouble downloading Spotify and several other features. I have followed the troubleshooting and help guides on the Fitbit website and on the forum. My device keeps saying I need to have the most recent update on both my phone and tracker, which as far as I am aware I do.
Any help with this would be highly appreciated 🙂
