I cant install Spotify on my device. I see the icon but it is Nothing to click.

For both the Charge 4 and the Versa it takes up to 48 hours for the latest firmware update to show up in the Fitbit app. Once it shows up in the Fitbit app then you can update it.

Have you just set up your Charge 4? If so, there's an update to the firmware that's required before you can set up Spotify. See the following thread for more details:

Thank i returned charge 4 and I buy versa lite and now i have the same problem With Spotify and agenda. I synk Every day but i Don’t get any updates. Should I do a restart? What is Wrong why is it so complicate

I am sorry for the delayed in response. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 4 board to the Versa Smartwatches board, since now you have a Versa Lite.
About the issue you are having installing Spotify and the Agenda, I would like to know if you keep experiencing this? What troubleshoot have you tried so far? Are you seeing any type of error? You can try to reinstall the smartwatch app in Gallery or toggle permissions On/Off in Gallery, so it resets the apps permissions.
