Can't install Spotify on my Versa

I can’t install Spotify on my Fitbit versa.

Both the app and my device are up to date.

I’ve logged out of the app, restarted my phone and then logged back in the app as I saw that someone else was advised to do this and still it does not give me the option to download the Spotify app.

it just simply tells me to make sure that both my Spotify app and my device are up to date.

is there anything that I can do to resolve this issue?

Hi @RobynGeorgia98, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the Spotify app can't be installed.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Setup your watch from scratch

Finally, try the steps listed in this help article, which explains how to control music playing on Spotify and see if it can also be installed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
