Hello,

I am unable to connect Spotify to my Versa.  It says I have to update my fitbit, however it doesn't allow me to update it.

 

I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting and no luck.  I cant get passed version 33.1.30

Hi there @JeanieBeanie123, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to verify the version installed on your Versa. I'll be glad to help you to download Spotify to your watch. 

Note that in order to install Spotify app, your watch must be updated at least on version Fitbit OS 4.1.3 (32.70.8.0). Since your new Versa still has an old version (32.33.1.30), this is the reason why you cannot download Spotify yet.

That said, please try syncing your watch periodically throughout the day, this will allow a small portion of the firmware update to download to your Fitbit device each time you sync. Once you have updated your Versa you will be able to download the Spotify app, check this article to know how it works.
