Can't install clock faces or apps on my Versa

Hey guys, I’m having a problem with the Fitbit app for my iPhone X. It won’t let me change any clock faces or install any apps for my Versa. Curious, I tried using my dad’s phone (iPhone 6) and everything worked fine. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting the Versa numerous amounts of times but still won't work. A help would very much be appreciated, thanks.

Are you currently running iOS 12 beta? If so that’s my issue

A warm welcome to the Community @LilPeat.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend checking if your Versa is properly syncing with your phone. You can follow the instructions provided in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Thank you,

I’ve tried restarting my Versa and device, force quitting the Fitbit app , turning bluetooth off and on but none seems to work. On the clock faces , it says “Visit the clocks gallery to pick a clock for your undefined”.

I'm having the same issue. And yes, my watch is syncing correctly. However, I did recently update the Fitbit application on my iPhone (through the App Store) and can correlate this update to nearly the same time as the Watch Face and Watch Apps not being available.

Yes I found out the hard way I had a replacement sent to me and I didn’t get it until after I had installed iOS 12 now I’m stuck with the default face which I can’t stand. Hopefully Beta 2 fixes the issues. Would be nice if you could install them from Fitbit.com
