Can't install purchased clock face on my Versa 2

I have a new watch Versa 2  but I payed for other backgrounds with my previous versa 2 that was broken. Why can’t I get them back? Also before I could save 5 watches and switch between them both in the app and on the versa. Now I can only save one at a time. I was also able to have my own photo as background on my old versa 2.

Hi @Norea, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that you can't install all the clock faces you paid for on your Versa 2.
