Hi

I have replaced my broken Versa 2 today with a new one and when I go to install some new clockfaces and my old favorites and new one are grey with the words install.

I have been able to download some other ones fine and they were green with word install

Any ideas what is going on

Thanks

Hi there, @Frosty13. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the clock faces.

Since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. Note that some clock faces require that your watch is already running the latest FW. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.

Hope this information helps.
