I have tried Bose Earbuds / I have tried Skull Candy Earbuds while trying to use the running app outdoors and after a few songs in the music stops on my Versa 3. On my original IONIC I never had this issue but sadly the recall has changed this situation for me.
All i want to do is to be able to jog and enjoy my Dezzer playlist when i am out on the open road. Please help.

Hi there, @Jeepboy66. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.
I recommend you to put the Fitbit Versa 3 on the charger, and tap Media > Deezer > () > Force Sync Now.
If the issue persists, please pause and play the song again.
If none of the above seems to work, please take a picture of the error so we can go from there.

I don't have a music sync problem ... my play lists are on my watch. The problem is the music stops playing after a few songs after i have started my jog and i end up running 30 out of 45 minutes in silence.

Okay i have done this and this was not a solution either. I think the issue is with the VERSA3 BLUETOOTH cutting out and knocking wireless earbuds out. Today after about 1.5km on the open road my BOSE EARBUDS dropped out and with the press and hold to access the shortcut to the music controls but the earbuds would not connect and continue playing. As i have said the IONIC never had this problem is there going to be a firmware update anytime soon for the VERSA3 ... as my options now seem to be carting my phone along so i can enjoy music on my run to keep my pace.
