Spotify on my watch is connected to my phone, it literally shows it playing on my watch but there's no sound. The sound will only come out of my phone. What is going on? I just got this watch and got it to work once and now it won't. What am I doing wrong?

Please note what @JohnnyRow has pointed out. On Charge 4, Ionic, and Versa series, use the Spotify app to control the music playing in the Spotify app on your phone, computer, or other Spotify Connect device. Navigate between playlists, like songs and switch between devices from your Fitbit device. For more information about Spotify, see How do I control music playing on Spotify?

For Spotify, Fitbit only controls the Spotify app on your phone.  Fitbit does not actually play the music.  For that, you need to use Deezer or Pandora.

See How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
