The Versa 2 I’ve had for 15 months decidedly to meltdown yesterday so I purchased a new one. Set up went without a hitch except that I cannot load the sp02 clock face. I had it on my other Versa 2. It says to check to make sure I have the current OS, which everything says I’m currently up to date. Is this no longer a feature of Versa 2?

I see your current Fitbit is very new. When you receive a new a Fitbit it needs Firmware updating. That update should arrive between 2-3 days after you set it up. It’s after that update you should be able to have access to all the features the new Fitbit has such as downloading the clock face you want. I hope that makes sense.
