Can't log in on phone app

I'm not sure what's going on.

 

When i try to log in to my account I created, on the app, It says "invalid email or password" when it isn't.

 

I've tried setting up multiple accounts with different emails and they all say the same.

 

PLEASE HELPPP

Can you login into the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

If so the situation, is caused by the app. 

  • Make sure that you have a strong internet connection on your phone. 
  • Go to the settings on your phone >Apps>Fitbit app and clear the cache. 
  • Restart your phone (off/on)
  • Start the Fitbit app and try to login again.
