Since logging in to Uber the first time I've logged out and now can't log in again. After clicking 'settings' in the Fitbit app, a Chrome window opens on my Android and then immediately shuts again before I'm able to log in.

@jameslongley it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since you are experiencing issues while trying to log in to Uber. by the way, thank you for providing a video of the issue.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps try logging in to Uber again and see if the issue gets fixed.
As a side note, I'd like to share this help page which has information about how to manage apps on your Fitbit device.

This exact same issue is happening to me. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn't work. On Windows I also get an "unable to connect to server" error. This is an issue on Fitbit's end and needs to be fixed. If you could report this to them that would be great.
