Hello
Since yesterday I have not been able to log in to the app on my iphone. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, turning bluetooth off and back on, turning wifi off and back on, and restarting my phone. I was able to get the app to work on my ipad, although it took a while for it to pair. The message I get when I try to log in is "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again."

Are you still experiencing these issues? Did you try turning your phone off? This message appears when there's a little glitch and gets resolved quickly.
