I have my password to my account but my phone number has changed so I can't get past the log in page

I am using my email but since I have a phone it's trying to send me a code but I don't have the old phone number

When I got a new phone, I just logged into the app with the usual email address and password. What code is it sending you? When you set up, you'll see a four digit number on your device.

It's not giving me a four digit code because it has my old phone number connected to my account and it won't let me do anything without it

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Stefanie0422 and thank you for your assistance @Odyssey13. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to log into your Fitbit App.
Usually, people log in with the email address and password to their Fitbit accounts, Phone numbers are not related with the accounts unless you logged in with Facebook.

I'll investigate if there's another way to log in without your old number and phone and get back to you.
