Can't log into account on app

Ever since a couple days ago I haven't been able to log into my account on the app, even if I change my password. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Dawnnthomas,

 

This isn't a Versa issue, it's an issue with the Fitbit app.  Which OS are you using?  I need to know this so that I can get you the best help possible by moving your post to the proper forum.
