Can't make calls from my Versa 3 using Google Assistant

Hi all!

I hope some of ur genius minds can help me out.
When i try to make an call by starting google assistance then saying : Call dad, i get a notification saying: Sorry i can not call yet.

Does this mean this function hasnt been enrolled yet in my country? Or is there any other solution for this. I can answer a phone call tho. That's no problem.

Hi there, @Tejjasingh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Note: Alexa and Google Assistant on your Fitbit device are only supported in certain countries. For more information, see fitbit.com/voice. Netherlands is included, though. 

Did you recently switched to the Google Assisting while using Alexa? Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

Note: The microphone in your watch only turns on when you activate it, for example by opening a voice assistant app. The microphone turns off when the voice assistant responds, when you close the voice assistant, or when your watch’s screen turns off.

Same here with me I can answer a call they can always hear me but I cannot make a call

Please bear in mind that you can answer calls directly on your Versa 3, but not make them. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
