Can't navigate my Versa 2, not getting notifications and battery draining quickly

I cannot navigate from the clock face on my versa 2, neither am i receiving any notification through it and the battery is draining very quickly, all my information is on the app but not accessible on my device.  I have done a soft restart with no change and was going to do a complete factory reset see it that wld help but dont think i can do that without accessing the watch, any suggestions?

Let me help you with your Versa 2 not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
