Please help me. I cannot open my Fitbit versa lite edition watch after factory reset. Any help please..

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend to attach your watch to the charging cable and plug the charging cable into a USB port on your computer. After that try to pair it to your Fitbit account: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
If the issue persists, please let me know if you see anything on your device's screen.
