Can’t open notifications in settings-Versa 2

I am trying to get notifications in Outlook to show up on my Fitbit. This is very important for my job. I cannot open notifications  in the settings on the app. I click on it, it turns gray but nothing happens. I am getting notifications for other things and have enabled them on my phone correctly. Have logged in and out of the app, turn phone on and off, turn Fitbit on and off, but still cannot open this tab. Why am I not getting Outlook notifications? Very frustrating.

If you haven't done it already, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Whether you get access notifications settings on the Fitbit app, but still not receiving Outlook notifications, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.
