Hi there @Lofat47, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you to open the text messages on your Versa 2.

From the clock face, swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications. Tap a notification to expand it. For text messages, name or number of the sender and the message appear. If there is a longer notifications, tap the notification to see the full message. Note that if you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.

If the issue persists, please try restarting your Versa 2 and try again opening your text messages. Also, check if the touch screen in general is working and let me know the make/brand of mobile phone you're using and its current OS.

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Hi there @Lofat47, thanks for getting back and for the update. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums, just note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since our support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.
