Can't open the alarm app on my Versa

I am unable to open the Alarm screen on my Versa watch. I press it and nothing happens. Does anyone else have this problem?

it would be nice to be able to set alarms in the Fitbit app.

Hi there, @rbmisc. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Thanks for your suggestion about having an option to set alarms in the Fitbit app. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.

I'm having the same issue, tried restarting, then changing the clock face but the alarm app still won't open.  The alarm works but I can't get the app to open to change the alarms or add new ones.  Please help!
