Can't open the exercise app on my Versa 3

I first noticed my exercise app was missing, so I went to click on settings and it sent me back to the home screen. Stuck in a loop can’t do a software update because I can’t get into settings can’t do a reset because I can’t get into settings.
I can press where the exercise app used to be and it acts like it’s going to open and sends me back to the home screen also stuck in a loop
