Can't order online from Portugal-Versa

For the past week I've been trying to order the Versa but everytime I do it I get a message saying that they can't validate my shipping/billing address. 

I already cleared cookies and history, tried a different browser, entered my info in different ways and nothing.

Contact support advised me to call them (which is not possible because I live in Portugal and I would have to call to a different country).

Can you help me please?

@ElianaRaquel I just tried purchasing it with Portuguese address. I get the same error. Perhaps you can try contacting Fitbit via live chat? You could also inquire if there are any Fitbit approved retailers in Portugal where you could purchase the watch. It needs to be an approved retailer if ever you needed to use your warranty.

ETA: Also Amazon.es and Amazon.de should deliver to Portugal.

I already did and they told me to call assistance. But I’m afraid I will have to do that. I was hoping l could save some money here but no luck XD

@ElianaRaquel I think it might be that they don't ship to Pt. But, Amazon Spain might be your best choice. Shipping should be way cheaper too. Good luck! Let me know if you managed to order! Merry Christmas! 😊
