Can't pair Bluetooth headphones with Fitbit Versa

I paired Versa with Jabra Elite 65t yesterday, and then they disappeared from the audio devices list. If I try to pair them again,  it says connection failed and a big red X shows up.

Hi there @GT162, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already troubleshooting the connectivity issue between your headphones and your Versa. Nice way to go!

While reading your post I was wondering if you've removed your Bluetooth headphones from the Versa Settings before trying to pair them again? If not yet, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove your Bluetooth headphones from here, then follow the steps below:

  • Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Give this a shot and let me know the outcome.
