Just wanted to say thank you for trying to help me last night with my tracker.  I left it alone all night.  And it apparently fixed itself this morning.  I picked it up about 11:30 am  and  it  was back to  the  time screen.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I've had my Fitbit versa lite for about a year now.  And now the screen is  stuck on connect phone.  It will not move from there. I don't see any buttons on the back just one on the side.  I've held it for 10 seconds, nothing happens.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa Lite. For a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing, can you please send me a picture of what your Fitbit is displaying?

I'll be waiting for your reply.
