Versa was working fine till a week ago only have had it for a couple weeks. It wouldn’t sync and now when I try to repair the item on phone it’s stuck and keeps saying connecting tracker.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues pairing your watch, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

@AlejandraFitbitthe help article "Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?" states Known Issue (All Android devices) OS 5+: You may be unable to sync your tracker or use call, text, and calendar notifications.
I bought the Versa in May 2018 and had no problems syncing my Moto X4. With this being stated as a known issue, will I ever be able to use the Versa again? Since the Vera hasn't been able to sync it will no longer hold the correct time or date. It's basically useless.
