Hey guys have the 8 plus it connected one time out the number in and it just kept saying pairing not going anywhere. I have reinstalled app turned off devices. It won’t pick it back up not nor shows in Bluetooth I’m fed up and just got it yesterday.

I would try to restart your phone first, then check the syncing link below.
I also attached the user guide as it also helps you understand the Versa.

If the Versa is connected to the phones Bluetooth then please remove it from the phones settings. Do not remove the tracker from the Fitbit app if you alhabe not done so yet.
