Can’t pair airpods to versa

Smartwatch recognize the airpods, once selected, it stays forever with the massage pairing airpods, but never do, i restarted the versa, shut off all bluetooth in all devices near buy, went to another room, and still it’s been impossible, any suggestions?

@Jime2022 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you linking your airpods to your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. If you have used the airpods with a phone then please go to the bluetooth settings and remove them from the list of paired devices. After this restart your Versa again and retry pairing them.

I have done all of the suggested fixes to try to pair my AirPods with my Versa. It still just spins and says "Pairing AirPods"  I've removed them from my phone and restarted my Versa several times now, but no luck.

I am having the same issue--it just spins forever and says, "Pairing AirPods."  Does anyone have a fix for this?  It is disappointing to not be able to listen to music from the Versa 2.
