Can't pair headphones after update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the update last eek my Bluetooth headphones won’t pair with my Fitbit. Ch eckd this morning and they are pairing with my sons Fitbit and also my iPad so it’s not the headphones. When selecting audio device the headphones are coming up but when I select them it goes on pairing forever and the tick never appears. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JaneOL.

I moved your post to this board so we can keep our forums organized. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with connecting your Bluetooth headphones to your Fitbit device after the latest update. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After that try to connect your headphones by following these steps: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue.  Did the restart on headphones and Versa.  Saw this post and shutoff the Fitbit.  Tried again and it still gets stuck in pairing powerbeats3.  I know its not the headphones I've connected them to muliple devices in the home.

Thanks for letting me know this. I hate to ask a silly question but how do I restart my Fitbit? I can find no instructions to turn it off and on again!

I ended up doing a factory reset last night. They paired in seconds. Go to setting, about, factory reset. You'll have to redo your settings and music but I thought it was worth it too be able to use my headphones again.
