Can't pair my Versa 3 to my phone again

After i delete  my versa 3 from my account i am not able to  pair again. I RESET my watch by pressing a dise button  and go all proces  to pair but code on watch is not show up .Its  look like askin me for pin but i never had to put in any pin on my watch .Can any help ?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa 3 has been already unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings?

If it hasn't already, well, then your Versa 3 cannot connect properly to your phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your Fitbit device and the phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below: 

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
