Worked perfectly for 3 weeks, then notifications stopped working. Have tried all steps. Now after deleting the device from my list and going to setup again it now no longer even allows the Versa to be put on my devices so I can't even install apps or change watch face. This is now at 5 weeks old. What is going on?
Could someone tell me if they are looking into this. My phone is a Huawei P10, which I know is not on the list but last Fitbit worked fine and the fact it worked for 3 weeks I find strange. Also compatible list was last updated in June or so last year.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues adding your Versa to your account? If you do, I recommend restarting the unit and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

I have tried this and my watch shows the code. Then when I type the code into the app it just keeps saying connecting. Eventually after 20 mins it says can't find watch. Then it won't let me attempt again unless I rest everything . The notifications not working is really bad as I see on forums I am not the only one, but now this is really making me angry. Is there an update coming to fix this if not I will have to ask for a refund or sell my watch and I really don't want to.

No I get no message whatsoever. Just says it can't find my watch

I'm having a similar issue, I enter the pairing 4 digit code, then the fitbit app goes back to the account screen and shows no device paired, the versa goes back to the initial screen you get when you start it for the very first time. I've rebooted the fitbit, my phone, updated the fitbit app on my phone and followed the setup steps several times.
I started this process due to notifications not working as well.

This is really frustrating. Now my versa says the clock face does not work install another one. It was a fitbit watch face and I can't install because I can't setup device. This has left me with no other option that to get a refund. This has made me sad as i really wanted the versa. My advice to those who are having this problem is to do the same as me and get a refund if not you may end up with even the watch face not working. Fitbit you have let me down terribly
