I have been trying to pair my Versa2 to my phone. I have taken my other Versa off the app and still no help. What can I do to get this to pair with my phone?

Hi there, @Tracy.. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

It seems that your Versa 2 cannot connect properly to your phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your old Fitbit device and the phone's Bluetooth. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 and old Fitbit device from your old phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If the issue persists, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
